About Us
About Us
We are a team that is caring, have a passion for service and are experienced in providing disability and aged care services.
All our staff share the same values and our team is selected based on qualities that align with our beliefs.
We are an NDIS & home care service provider that has extensive experience in providing aged care, community care and domestic cleaning, garden and home maintenance services.
Our management team has had many years of community care and aged care experience, in both residential and community settings. We’ve chosen to establish a service in an area which usually gets forgotten when it comes to “Care” - House cleaning, Garden services and Home maintenance.
This area has often been overlooked, and this is the area in which Pristine Homes and Gardens specialises for its NDIS and Home care package clients. We feel this is essential to the wellbeing and care of our community and clients and adding to a ‘holistic’ care experience and independance.
You can rely on us for services related to both domestic cleaning and general home services that cater to families living with disabilities, or those ageing at home or just requiring a bit of additional support.
We know the stress and anxiety that many families are feeling during these challenging times, and our number one priority is to alleviate them as best we can through a warm, personable approach.
Our team strives to ensure that every individual can stay comfortable in their home for as long as possible, whilst maintaining their dignity and independance.
An Adaptable Approach
We are not a one size fits all organisation, we are adaptable with our key aim being to provide a high level of care for every individual. We have a specific focus on consistency with regards to staff, service, quality, and communication. This transparent approach allows us to be clear from the outset about the level of care that you can expect to receive, and it is the same for every single individual.
We are currently providing our supports and trade services for clients:
Receiving, or about to commence NDIS supports

Community Centric Approach
We are an organisation that is proud to work alongside our local community.
Our team is committed to working with local leaders, volunteers, local organisations and the wider community.
This allows us to better tailor our service to different cultures and needs. We believe in equal opportunity and we also work with a number of employment and disability support organisations.

Dedicated Staff
We know that the best outcomes can only come from having an exceptional team in place.
All of our staff are well trained and highly experienced in assisting with a variety of circumstances.
We are all striving for the same goal, and we make sure to only hire those that have a positive attitude and beliefs that aligns with those of ours.
We select staff members that are genuinely passionate about providing exceptional service, and those who thrive in helping others through difficult situations. We take into consideration life-long learning, and qualities developed over time that can also assist our clients depending on their situation, these are usually defined through our extensive interview process, trials and reference checks.
A Tailored Service
Our team is passionate at providing unique services and experiences that are tailored to every individual's needs. We have the ability and know-how to be flexible in our approach to ensure that every individual has an experience catered for their specific needs and requirements. We are proud to opt for a person-centred and care focused approach.
This is our priority, and it gives the basis for our decision making.
Our duty of care is also focused on the families of individuals. It can be tough for a family to cope with the circumstances of their loved one needing extra assistance. We are here to provide additional support, answer questions, and keep families directly involved throughout the process.
We specialise in working with people with disabilities, the elderly, veterans, indigenous communities and those from diverse backgrounds. We are also proud to work with those that identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or intersex. Our team is proud to deliver a people-first approach that looks at every case from a unique perspective.
To us, every single client is a human being that deserves the utmost respect and dignity. We are proud to serve our local community, and help individuals live their ideal lifestyle.
What is most important to us?
- To Empower every individual and give them the confidence to remain in their homes with dignity and independence through assistance with the management and ongoing upkeep of essential household tasks
- To give individuals the time and space to develop in their own capacity and allow them to pursue their goals and spend time with their family. In turn, we provide support to develop their independence with certain tasks, such as household cleaning, gardening and maintaining their home, while ensuring they are able to focus on their own health and/or the time to look after their family.
- Provide every individual with the opportunity to live in the best conditions that will improve their mental, social and physical health, allowing them to live their desired lifestyle that may not have been possible in their current situation.
- To provide a high-quality service that allows individuals to live confidently within their community and in their own homes.
